BMW 3.0 CSL Revealed 2023

In early 2015, BMW announced the plan to bring back one of its most iconic race cars in a road form. In this early form, it was known as the 3.0 CSL Homage R Concept. Now, 8 years later, BMW has finally revealed the limited-production run of that very concept.
This new 3.0 CSL will utilize a 3.0 Liter Inline-6 engine, making 553 horsepower, all mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. This tribute to the original 1972 3.0 CSL comes with a striking livery, yellow LED headlights (paying homage to the M4 GT3 car), and the classic yet iconic dual rear wing setup. Moving onto the interior, carbon fiber is everywhere. A small detail is that there is a "50" carved into the shift knob, signifying the exclusivity of the car. Sadly, if you are looking to purchase one, you've officially missed the window as all 50 build slots are reserved for $780,000 each. All of the 3.0 CSL is going to be made in just three months at BMW's Dingolfing plant in Moosthenning, Germany.

Overall, the 2023 BMW 3.0 CSL is a perfect modern take on a classic, and I am sure it will earn a spot as one of BMWs most special cars.
