McLaren to Release New Hybrid-Electric Artura Model

Throughout the years, we have seen some incredible cars come from Mclaren, including the P1, Senna, Sabre, Long Tail, and LT models. While all of these cars are great, they all are gas-powered. With the world turning toward efficiency and electricity, it is time for some of the big manufacturers to do the same.
With the Artura, Mclaren has brought the idea of a fuel-efficient supercar to the streets. They have done this by keeping the standard engine but changing it from a Twin-Turbo V8 to a Twin-Turbo V6. While this new engine setup might be frustrating for those who have been following Mclaren for a while, this engine actually has a hybrid assist, which means that it can run on its normal engine, but it can go fully electric for efficiency. Actually, this is not the first supercar to include a hybrid assist. Just recently, the Ferrari SF90 was released, which is a 1,000 horsepower Twin-Turbo V8 with a hybrid assist as well. This can also go fully electric for a certain period of time.
Overall, Mclaren is planning - according to their website - on releasing the Artura to the public this July. So, be on the lookout for one on the road this summer!
