2022 End of the Year Review

Hello Spartans! Now that 2022 is over for movies, I feel like it’s time to say what I think the best movies of 2022 were. 2022 had many great movies to the point where this list could be very long; however, I narrowed it down to my top 3. Now, let’s rank these phenomenal movies.
3. The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent. I absolutely adored every minute of this movie. It had great humor, great energy, and great characters. Overall, it was a very well-rounded movie that, due to how surprisingly good it was, made its way into my top 3 of the year.

2. Bullet Train. This movie was such a great action movie with probably the best characters in a movie in 2022. Each character was so different, and all had special quirks that made me fall in love with each of them. If you still haven’t watched Bullet Train, you can if you have Netflix, so do it.

1. The Batman. Do I need to say anything about this? This movie was near perfect. After a first watch I was skeptical of how good it was, but now, after re-watching it, I have fallen in love with it. It is absolutely the best iteration of Batman ever, and I cannot wait until they expand this universe further.

2022’s movie list was stacked in terms of value, and I cannot wait to see what 2023 has because, right now, it is shaping out to be one of the best years for movies. Over break I have a list of movies to catch up on and will be reviewing each of them so if you want to read those, follow me on Letterboxd at spencermcf! This will also be where I post all my movie reviews, so if you want sneak peeks or even exclusive reviews, go on there! Have a great holiday to all you movie watchers and thank you for following my movie journeys throughout the year!
