The St. Francis High School will host the annual Art Show on Thursday, April 15, 2021.
After being forced to go “virtual” last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, St. Francis High School is delighted to welcome community members back on campus to view the “Finding Your Way Through Art” exhibit in-person. Although this year’s reservation-only show is already full, art enthusiasts may view the show virtually by visiting the SFHS Art Program’s Instagram page @sfhsstudio at 7:00 p.m.
The show will feature student work from all levels of art: AP, Art 4, Art 3, Art 2, Visual Art, Studio Art, Digital Art and Communications Design.
“It is a unique opportunity for our community to see the volume and variety of work we create in our department and the progress a student can achieve working through the entire program - the skills they build and how their work gets more sophisticated and thoughtful as they progress from Art One to AP.” says Performing & Visual Arts Teacher, Kate Doane.
This year’s exhibit will be juried by two local artists and ribbons will be awarded.
