Ken Moreen Jr.

Ken Moreen, Jr., age 51, a resident of Wheaton, IL, died on March 5, 2018 in Winfield, Illinois. He was born on April 19, 1966 in Elmhurst, Illinois.

He graduated from Glenbard West High School in Glen Ellyn, Illinois and Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. He met his wife at the Shelter of God's Love II in Chicago, Illinois. He was a loving husband, father, son, and brother.

He is survived by his wife, Angelica Belinda Moreen; his children Narra and Axel; his dog Mali; his mother Shirley Moreen; his siblings Gail (Michael) Wojtkunski, Steven (Peter Florack) Moreen, Scott (Jody) Moreen, Jill (Brad) Severe, Kim (Tony) Zawislak; and many beloved nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and close friends. He is preceded in death by his father Kenneth H. Moreen, Sr.

A visitation will be held on March 9, 2018 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St, Wheaton, IL 60187. A funeral service will be held on March 10, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 0S233 Church St, Winfield, IL 60190. Interment will be after the mass at Wheaton Cemetery 1209 Warrenville Rd, Wheaton, IL 60189.  Reception will follow at St. John the Baptist School Hall, 0S259 Church St, Winfield, IL 60190.

Memorial gifts may be directed to St. John the Baptist School Tuition Fund, 0S233 Church St, Winfield, IL 60190 or they can be made out to either the Tuition or Music Fund of St. Francis High School, 2130 W Roosevelt Rd, Wheaton, IL 60187.
