Presidential Search Committee
The St. Francis High School Board of Directors formed the Presidential Search Committee in July 2022. The committee is composed of individuals who share a love of St. Francis High School and who represent a wide range of school constituencies. You can view the committee members and their bios in the sidebar on this page.
Bridget is entering her fifth year as the Director of Counseling at St. Francis High School and has been a counselor for 11 years, both at the high school and college levels. She serves on the Student Services Team, Principal’s Council, and Curriculum Committee.
Brian is a Senior Partner and Managing Director with the Boston Consulting Group, a leading global strategy and management consulting firm. Brian leads BCG’s Global Automotive and Mobility business and has more than 20 years of experience working with executives on large-scale, strategy-based transformations. Brian also serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council at the Villanova School of Business and is an active volunteer/coach at St. Petronille. Previously, Brian served on the Diocese of Joliet School Board. Brian and his wife, Christine, live in Glen Ellyn with their five children – James ‘24, Mercedes ‘26, and their three younger daughters who are at St. Petronille and will be attending St. Francis High School in the coming years.
Maureen is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Devon Bank, a full-service community bank in Chicago. She is a seasoned human resources leader who has a history of providing smart, flexible processes and a human touch to help businesses grow profitably and enable others to succeed in life and in their careers. She has a strong track record of helping to identify and recruit top-level talent into businesses and has been recognized by colleagues and others for her ability to manage and negotiate conflicts and help build better teams. Maureen was appointed to the St. Francis High School Board of Directors Education Committee in 2019 and elected as a Board Director in 2021. She currently serves as chair of the Education Committee.Maureen has been involved in various community organizations, including the Benjamin School District, Family Matters, and Corpus Christi Parish. She lives in Carol Stream with her husband, Freddie DeRaimo. They have two children, Michael ’15 and Meagan ‘19.
Susan is an alumni of St. Francis High School and has nieces and nephews who are current students/alumni. She has served on the St. Francis High School Board of Directors and on the Board Development Committee for five years and previously served on the Board Advancement Committee for several years. She is the Chief Executive Officer at Diamond Envelope Corporation and active in a number of industry and community organizations, including the Entrepreneur & Family Business Council (EFBC), Envelope Manufacturer’s Association (EMA), Women MAKE America Mentoring program, Fab Fems & STEM Role Models, and The Penn State Dance MaraTHON. She lives in Winfield with her husband Brett and their two children, Madelyn (3) and Brennan (1).
Jason Gilroy is a Senior Managing Director at Accenture, which offers strategy, consulting, technology, and operations services powered by the world’s largest network of Advanced Technology and Intelligent Operations centers. Jason leads Accenture Operations for the U.S. Midwest, where he and his team help organizations reinvent and transform themselves through optimizing the use of data and analytics, artificial intelligence, digital technology, and exceptional people to provide tangible business outcomes at speed and scale. He is a member of Accenture’s Global Leadership Council and North America Leadership Council.
Throughout his career, Jason has advised global executives on digital transformation, go-to-market strategies, and large-scale operating model and cost transformations. In addition to serving on the St. Francis High School Board of Directors and on the Advancement Committee, Jason is a recently retired grade school basketball coach. Jason has two children, Will '22 and Cece '23, and currently resides in Wheaton with his wife Lynn and their dog Dunkerton.
Amy Holsinger is the Principal of Project Enroll, a project management-based consulting firm focused on building enrollment for Catholic grade schools and Catholic high schools. She also currently serves as vice-chair of the St. Francis High School Board of Directors and on the Advancement, Board Development, and Executive Committees. Amy has 15 years of corporate marketing experience with HJ Heinz and AT&T. Her specific focus in brand management, project management, and customer retention programming contributes to her success with Catholic school clients.
As an alumni of Catholic schools, as well as the mother of three children who attended Catholic schools, Amy recognizes the value of Catholic education and understands the intricacies and processes of such schools.
Bob is going into his 19th year teaching instrumental music at St. Francis High School. He is the Performing and Visual Arts Department Chair and the Co-Director of Activities. He serves on the Curriculum Committee and is a member of the Principal’s Council. Bob is also a parent of a current sophomore and has two future Spartans coming in 2023 and 2025.
Fr. Jim Murphy is the pastor of St. Isidore parish in Bloomingdale, beginning August 2010. He has been associated with St. Francis High School since 1983 through sacramental celebrations, school liturgies, and the KAIROS retreats since their beginning at the school. He currently serves on the Education Committee of the St. Francis High School Board of Directors.
Originally from St. John the Baptist parish in Winfield, Father Jim was ordained a priest of the Diocese of Joliet in May 1978 at St. Raymond Cathedral in Joliet. Previous assignments include Pastor of Immaculate Conception parish and Immaculate Conception High School in Elmhurst (1999-2010), Parochial Vicar at St. James the Apostle parish in Glen Ellyn (1988-1992), Parochial Vicar at St. Isidore parish in Bloomingdale (1983-1988), and Parochial Vicar at St. Andrew the Apostle parish in Romeoville (1978-1983). From 1992-1999, he served in the Archdiocese of Chicago as Associate Dean of Formation and Spiritual Director at Mundelein Seminary. While on the Mundelein Seminary faculty, he served as a weekend associate at St. James the Apostle parish in Glen Ellyn.
Additional areas of ministry include Joliet Diocesan Marriage Preparation Ministry (1978-1999), Diocesan Vocation Director (1990-1992), and Vocation Team (1992-present). He also serves on the Board of Directors of LaSalle Manor Retreat Center in Plano, IL (2014-present).
Debbie is an attorney specializing in foreign trade, corporate, and tax law. She practiced at Baker and McKenzie in Chicago where she worked on international mergers and acquisitions and federal tax cases and served on the firm’s hiring committee. She has been an active volunteer at North Central College, Northwestern Law School, and several medical research institutions. She currently serves as chair of the St. Francis High School Board of Directors and the Executive Committee and served as the co-chair of the Board’s Education Committee. She also served as the president of the St. Petronille School Board. Debbie and her husband Paul have three children, Michael ’09, Matthew ’09, and Annemarie ’20.
Mike Radel is the President/Chief Executive Officer of EquipSolutions, LLC. EquipSolutions is an environmental equipment company that focuses primarily on industrial process and wastewater as well as the continuous emission monitoring market. Over the years, Mike has served on many boards. He is an active member of the St. Francis Fathers’ Club and served as President for two years from 2018 to 2020. Mike currently serves on the Executive and Buildings and Grounds Committees of the St. Francis High School Board of Directors. Mike and his wife Diane have four children, all of whom graduated from St. Francis.
