For issues accessing the onCampus Student/Parent Portal:



If you are experiencing any difficulties using the onCampus Student/Parent Portal, please use the system’s built-in Forgot Username or Password functionality. If you are still having issues, please contact Jeff Gerdeman in the IT Department at jgerdemannot this@gh.com@sfhscollegeprepnot this.org

Be sure to include all your pertinent information (student name, parent name, username if known, etc.) as well as the nature of your help request - whether you forgot your username, need a password reset, or both - or if you have some other problem with the Student/Parent Portal. Upon receiving your request, you may receive a reply similar to the one below:

"Per you request we have reset your password back to the temporary password of onCampus2016 (please note the capital C in onCampus and note the instructions below for resetting the temporary password.)
When you logon with this temporary password, the system will immediately require you to change your password. Please note that Current Password refers to temporary password "onCampus2016" above. Also note that your new password must meet the system's security requirements (be at least 8 characters long; contain alpha- and numeric- characters; not 1 of previous 4 passwords used)”
