Returning Students:
All returning students should have registered for and attended a Device Pickup and Training session.
One final makeup session remains; it is scheduled on the first Orientation Day - Monday, 8/8 - from 8:30-10:00am.
Any returning students who have not yet attended one of the Device Pickup and Training sessions this summer (and therefore do not have your Surface Pro 3 device back) should make arrangements to attend this final session and register for the session via the following link: Register

New Transfer and International Students:
All new Transfer Students as well as all International Students should plan on attending the Device Pickup and Training session scheduled during the first Orientation Day - Monday, 8/8 - from 8:30-10:00 a.m.
There is no need for Transfer Students or International Students to register for this session; we have automatically registered you.
Students should arrive no later than 8:30 a.m. to check in with a faculty member & receive their room assignment. Students must stay for the full session, which runs approximately an hour to an hour and a half.
Training covers some of the updates the IT department made to the SP3s, including Windows 10 & Office2016, as well as OneNote. Students can take their device home after this mandatory training.

Incoming Freshmen (Class of 2020):
Incoming Freshmen can receive their Surface Pro 3 device and training in one of two ways:
  1. Freshman 101 Camp: any Incoming Freshman registered for this camp will receive their device on the first day of their camp session. There are 2 more camp sessions available to choose from:
    • Monday through Thursday, August 1-4, 8:00-11:30 am
    • Monday through Thursday, August 1-4, 12:00-3:30 pm

Our Surface Pro 3s have arrived!

As communicated previously, we will be conducting multiple device distribution & training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays (morning, afternoon, and evening sessions) beginning the third week of July and running through the first week of August. In addition to receiving their new Surface Pro 3, students will receive training on the basics of using the Surface Pro 3 computer, its software (Windows 8, Office 365, OneDrive, OneNote), and proper care.
