Following the keynote speaker, the seniors then attended four out of the following seven workshops: (1) "Safety on & off Campus" presented by Caroline Krause, Assistant Director Campus SecurityElmhurst College. (2) "Dare to be Different When Different is Right"presented by John Vande Velde '67, Olympic Cycling team '68 & '72. Notes from the Nurse
College Bound Seniors and their Parents:
  • Seniors will be notified the week of May 9th to pick up their files in the Guidance suite. Included in this packet will be a complete record of their immunizations along with any other health records that we may have for them. Most likely you will need a complete record of their vaccines for college entrance. All files will be distributed. Please ask your student for these files so that you have them for your records.
  • Plan on sending your college freshman off with a first aid kit to manage minor illnesses and injuries. Click here for a list of items to pack in your college bound first aid kit.
