College Visit: Southern Illinois University, Carbondale will be here tomorrow.
Attention all Students: The Arts & Crafts Club is offering a great field trip this Friday 4/21 from 2:45 to 6PM to “Pottery Bajou” in Naperville. All students are welcome but sign up is required by next Tuesday 4/18. For more info and to pick up a parent permission form, see Mrs. Rupp in Guidance.
The annual Art Showcase reception is this Thursday, April 20th at 7:00 pm. Come support your friends and see their art work. Punch and cookies will be served.
A Service Academy admissions program sponsored by Congressmen Roskam and Hultgren will be held in the Little Theatre, door # 84, at St. Charles East High School on Saturday, April 22, from 9:00 a.m. to noon. All five US military academies will be represented at this program and each will present their admission policies and procedures and also discuss the Congressional nomination process.
The One Act Festival is this Friday, April 21st. in the Kuhn CAC! There are 7 student written, student directed, and student produced One Act plays. Come and support your fellow classmates in perhaps one of their very first or one of their very last plays of their high school career! The festival begins at 7:30, tickets are $5.00 and can be purchased upon arrival.
Attention all Seniors: On Friday, April 21, for AP English students, and Tuesday, April 25, for all regular Brit Lit students, the counselors will have seniors complete a survey regarding their college plans and scholarship awards. Please check your records and bring to school on that day a list of ALL SCHOLARSHIPS you were offered or awarded, even if you are not accepting the scholarship or going to that school. Please be prepared to write down the correct name of the scholarship, the correct name of the college or organization awarding the scholarship, the dollar amount per year you would receive, and whether it is renewable for sophomore, junior and senior years.
